Small groups:
In small groups we are going on a colourful journey. The creative process will open up the soul for development and new resources. Meditation, music and imagination can be part of the journey.
A wide variety of art materials and techniques are offered. It is an hands-on activity: It involves constructing, arranging, mixing, touching, gluing, drawing, painting, forming, and other tangible experiences. The materials are easy to use and previous training or experience in art is not required.

Priorities of the therapy are individual and will be discussed with the client beforehand.
